Why I built this.
In 2013, I was driving a 2007 Honda Fit packed with boxes from Toronto to Buffalo. 2.5 hours each way. Just to save $14 per package on shipping.
I had no idea what I was doing. You couldn't learn anything about ecommerce on the internet back then. Zero resources. Zero community. I was completely on my own.
So I started going to conferences. And the people I met at those events changed everything. Not a course. Not a YouTube video. People.
That Honda Fit operation eventually turned into Stallion, the #1 ecommerce shipping service in Canada, now processing over 50,000 orders per day. What started in a car trunk grew into a 9-figure business, and I can trace every major inflection point back to a relationship, not a tactic.
The biggest unlock in my career wasn't a strategy or a hack. It was the people I surrounded myself with.
But here's the problem I kept seeing: the big conferences only invite 8-9 figure brands. Most events are in LA or New York. And if you're a founder doing $10K, $50K, $200K a month? There's nowhere to go. No room at the table.
That bugged me. Because the founders who need community the most are the ones who can't get into these rooms.
So I built one. Commerce Collective takes the magic of meeting the right people at a conference and makes it happen 365 days a year. Inside a Slack workspace. With weekly office hours and real introductions to the right people.
If you're anything like me back in 2013, you're grinding hard but feeling like you're doing it alone. I built this for you.
Try it for 14 days. Worst case you're out a cup of coffee. Best case? It changes everything.
